Custom & Personalized Orders

All Shoreline Bride products are handcrafted to order. Because each piece is personalized, custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

A mockup or proof will be provided for your approval before production starts. Please review carefully — changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.

Production & Shipping

Estimated production times are listed on each product page. Production begins after payment is received and any required details (guest lists, custom text, etc.) are provided.

Orders ship via USPS. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after production is complete. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please contact us with your event date.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom orders.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — refunds are processed within 7 days.

Rentals

Rental items are charged at the listed rental fee plus a refundable deposit, both collected at checkout. Your rental arrives 1–2 weeks before your event and includes a prepaid USPS return label.

Rentals must be shipped back within 3 weeks of your wedding date using the included label and original packaging — rentals not shipped back within that window forfeit the deposit. Your full deposit is refunded within 7 days of us receiving the items; items returned damaged or incomplete may have some or all of the deposit withheld. These terms are agreed to at checkout when ordering a rental.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (processed through PayPal). For custom orders and invoices, full payment is required before production begins.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, shipping addresses, and guest lists. Shoreline Bride is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.

All designs, images, and content on shorelinebride.com are the property of Shoreline Bride and may not be reproduced without permission.
