How long does shipping take?
Most handmade items ship within 5–7 business days, as each piece is made to order. Standard shipping via USPS typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. Digital downloads are available instantly after purchase. If you have a tight deadline, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders are available for most products. Please contact us at [email protected] with your event date and we’ll let you know if we can meet your timeline. Rush fees may apply depending on the item and turnaround needed.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products include personalization options like names, dates, and initials. When you add an item to your cart, you’ll see fields to enter your customization details. For more extensive custom requests (different colors, sizes, or entirely custom designs), email us at [email protected] and we’ll work together to create something perfect for your day.
What is your return policy?

Every Shoreline Bride product is handmade to order and personalized for your event. Because each piece is created specifically for you, all sales are final — we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, and custom orders are non-refundable.

A mockup or proof is provided for your approval before production starts. Please review all details — names, dates, spelling, colors, and quantities — carefully, as changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.

That said, we stand behind our work. We will repair, replace, or refund your order in these qualifying circumstances:

  • Damaged in transit — your item arrives broken or damaged due to shipping.
  • Our error — the item differs from your approved proof (e.g. wrong text or wrong item).
  • Defective — a genuine fault in the craftsmanship of the piece.

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the damage or error (plus the packaging, if damaged in transit). We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

Please note: change of mind, errors in details you approved, slight natural variation in handmade pieces and materials, carrier delays after shipping, and digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We’re working on adding international shipping in the future! Digital downloads are available worldwide.
How do digital downloads work?
After purchasing a digital product, you’ll receive a link to download your files immediately. Most templates are designed for Canva — simply open the link, customize with your details, and print at home or at a local print shop. Detailed instructions are included with every download.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Venmo for secure, easy checkout. PayPal also lets you pay with any major credit or debit card — no PayPal account required.
