Everything you need to know about ordering from Shoreline Bride
Every Shoreline Bride product is handmade to order and personalized for your event. Because each piece is created specifically for you, all sales are final — we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, and custom orders are non-refundable.
A mockup or proof is provided for your approval before production starts. Please review all details — names, dates, spelling, colors, and quantities — carefully, as changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
That said, we stand behind our work. We will repair, replace, or refund your order in these qualifying circumstances:
- Damaged in transit — your item arrives broken or damaged due to shipping.
- Our error — the item differs from your approved proof (e.g. wrong text or wrong item).
- Defective — a genuine fault in the craftsmanship of the piece.
If your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the damage or error (plus the packaging, if damaged in transit). We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
Please note: change of mind, errors in details you approved, slight natural variation in handmade pieces and materials, carrier delays after shipping, and digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.
